2009 ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
Take advantage of discounted hire rates; purchase an annual
subscription. Download the application form and return completed
form with payment to Treasurer.
Local residents of
Great & Little Bealings, Playford and Culpho) are entitled to
preferential subscription rates.
Household Sub.
£50 (£25 early-bird)
Individual Sub.
£25 (£13 early bird)
An Individual
subscriber must be the user of the court.
Non-Local residents
pay twice the local subscription rate. Subscribe before 1st April 2009 for half price
early-bird subscription
.
ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR HIRE
Annual Subscribers are required to pay an advance payment to cover hire
charges which is converted into an ibooka credit limit of 3 times the
advance payment (i.e. £20 becomes £60) on the Ibooka system.
Hire charges are deducted at the standard hire rate. Top up payments
will be required, once the credit has expired. |
COURT RULES
Opening hours 8.00am to 10pm, daylight only except in extreme
temperatures.
Alter padlock code is not showing upon leaving.
Non-marking tennis shoes must be worn.
Under-16s reserved weekday sessions.
Under-14s must be accompanied by adult.
No alcohol and no glass containers.
Take all litter away from court.
Report faults to the administrator.
Non-subscribers to carry email booking confirmation.
UNDER-16s FREE WEEKDAYS 4-6PM
Booking using "Weekday Under-16s"
for no hire-charge. |
